This is a place where like Martin Luther in 1517 you can list the problems with the Church in the year 2007.
#1 Pastor defined
The word pastor cannot be understood to mean evangelist, speaker,missionary. He is the Shepard of his flock (the church).
#2 Travel
It is impossible to look out for your flock if you are across the country 3 days a week.
#3 How is it that people who can't hold down a job end up going to the mission field?
#4 A large bus ministry and/or Sunday school is not necessarily a sign of a good Pastor or a good church. It is, however, always the sign of a good promoter.
#5 Separation is required for all believers. Webster defines All: adjective The whole amount of. everyone. This is deacons, pastors, laymen, ladies, teenagers, children, youth pastors, music directors, EVERYONE.
#6 By the above philosophy, Church discipline is a biblical principal, Discrimination is not. With what measure you meet it shall be measured to you again.
#7 You know that the times are bad when they sing gospel in the bars, and sing Rock and Roll in the Church.

#10 If I hear another message on Don't mussel the oxen that treads the corn, and hearing that the pastor needs a raise I'll scream.
